TRAINING PROGRAMS
Periodization is the systematic planning of athletic or physical training. The aim is to reach the best possible level of performance at specific/important times of the year (tournaments, competitions, events, etc.). It involves progressive cycling of various aspects of a training program during a specific period.

This approach organizes training methods, protecting athletes against over-training and enabling them to continually improve over time.
​
Periodization can also be used by non-athletes for general health and fitness. A periodized training plan contains measures of your own specific individual fitness standards. It will analyze those measures and guide you through the optimal training progressions accordingly.
