3) The package you'd like to sign up for.
4) Days of the week, along with the coaching blocks you'd like to book.

5) How much and what type of training experience do you have?
​
6) What are your training goals?
​
7) Injury/health risks
​

PLEASE NOTE :
The allocation of training days and training blocks are arranged on a first-come-first-serve basis. Those who sign up earlier are more likely to receive the training blocks they desire.
​
Training days run from MONDAYS to FRIDAYS.
​
The availability of training blocks will be communicated with the client once an initial inquiry is made and from then further arrangements will be made.
