Using up-to-date methods along with groundbreaking knowledge to improve health and boost physical and sporting performance. As a coach I like to focus on a creative approach to sport and fitness. It brings a fresh, fun feeling to the coaching experience.
The coaching program addresses the following aspects of performance:
- Motor learning (the role of the nervous system in skill acquisition).
- Biomechanics (the structure and function of the human body from a mechanical perspective and how it relates to sporting performance).
- Physiology (how the human body responds and adapts to exercise and nutrition).
